JOB DETAIL FOR OFFICE ENGINEER
The Document Control Manager is responsible to manage the flow of documents between internal and external partners, prepare project reports, support field team on document processing, and additional duties to support the program team. Must have experience in leading the document control team and guiding document control specialists with the use of document control software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Assist Project Manager as required with development documentation procedures.
· Maintain projects records on electronic data base.
· Review for accuracy
· Assist with quantity reporting, project costs, and forecasting
· Coordinate, review, and assess contract submittals and ensure compliance with documents submitted for approval
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports as required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar field of work.
· Minimum 15-20 years of experience in construction documentation
· Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and document control software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent writing, communication, organizational skills required
· BS in engineering or construction management
· EIT or PE licensed preferred
· 15 years of construction experience in bridge, highway and railroad projects
· Prior Amtrak experience highly preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
