Seeking problem solvers with repair experience to fix mobile devices and sell protection plans in our specially equipped van. The best candidate thrives on a high-performing team and can work independently to deliver a 5-star experience so that our customers become promoters of our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Passion for technology and repair
• 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
• Cell phone repair experience preferred
• A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources and techniques
• Excellent driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Politely and professionally assist customers through the repair journey
• Show concern and competence to assure customers that their problems will be solved
• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
• Learn the details of the Connected Home product, gain an understanding of the customer's technology, and offer and sell protection/tech support solutions to customers to meet their needs
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
• Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
• Maintain the function, cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and van

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
