One doctor podiatry office is seeking a responsible, part-time candidate who is committed to providing high quality patient service. Medical office experience is preferred. We are willing to train someone who is newly interested in working in healthcare. Candidate should have a positive attitude, professional image, ability to take direction, and multitask. Travel required to our satellite office at OSF Washington. This position requires the willingness to help anywhere in the office as needed. Position is Monday-Thursday approximately 25 hours per week. No weekends, no holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Rooming patients, taking vitals, updating patient history, assisting both patient and doctor as needed, stocking and cleaning exam rooms, answering phones, answering patient questions and quick problem solving capabilities, accurate data entry into scheduling system, scheduling appointments, working in medical records with both paper charts (pulling, filing, preparing charts) and EMR.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
