We are looking for a pawn & sales associate to join our team. The right candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a high-level of personal energy. They will need to be able to connect with a diverse range of customers and maintain a professional demeanor while selling products and providing customer service.

Our pay scale is per day. DOE starting around $18 an hour.

We are open daily Sunday through Saturday 10am - 7pm. Must have the ability to work a flexible retail schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Writing Pawn & Purchase Tickets
• Cleaning merchandise, showroom, and warehouse
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Carrying pawn items to back warehouse
• Answering phone calls

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some knowledge of firearms, jewelry, electronics, musical equipment, and tools.
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school Diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• You must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Computer literate and able to operate Point of Sales (POS) systems and common office machines.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
