Emergent Learning Academy is looking for a dynamic BCBA interested in delivering ABA services to students with autism and working with students exhibiting behaviors within the public school systems in the metro-east area of St Louis. The successful applicant will implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Employees will also help the students with day-to-day activities, record and collect data on progress, assist in the preparation of client materials, and communicate regularly. Applicants must have excellent written, verbal, and time management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students, supervisors, peers, and school staff. May travel to multiple locations around the area as well as supervise and guide RBTs.
