Maravilla Owners Association is a condo complex that has 3 elevators, 3 pools, and a lot of common grounds.
The job description includes but is not limited to
- Keeping the 3 elevators cleaned
- Picking up trash around the complex
- Wiping down pool chairs and keeping the pool areas free of trash
- Cleaning the common areas, bathrooms and office
- Making sure rugs are cleaned and Power washed frequently
- Power washing the grounds as needed
- Changing light bulb and cleaning light fixtures
- Keeping the dog park maintained
Must have reliable transportation
