DownTime is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Baltimore, MD

Compensation:

  • $20 per site visit
  • Monthly Commission of 30% on Net Margin
  • Monthly recurring commission of up to 30% on net margins for every account won, for the life of the account, as long as you remain a sales rep for our organization.
  • Estimated OTE after 1 year of part-time work: $2.5K to $5K per month

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to introduce our brand and services to target leads within the community behavioral health (BH) sector, specifically focusing on PRPs (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs), OMHCs (Outpatient Mental Health Clinics), and IOPs (Intensive Outpatient Programs). The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing flyers, providing insights based on lead information, scheduling appointments, and securing sign-ups for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to PRPs, OMHCs, and IOPs to distribute flyers and introduce DownTime’s services.
  • Provide insights and information about our AI-driven prior authorization and staffing solutions based on the leads list and specific client needs.
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients or secure immediate sign-ups for our services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts within the target organizations.
  • Represent DownTime professionally and knowledgeably, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Report on visit outcomes and follow up with leads as necessary to close sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the behavioral health or healthcare sector.
  • Existing relationships with PRPs, OMHCs, and IOPs in Maryland, or the ability to quickly establish such connections.
  • Familiarity with the operations and challenges of PRPs, OMHCs, and IOPs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Probationary Period:

  • The role will initially be on a probationary basis with a limited leads list.
  • Performance will be evaluated at the end of the probationary period, with the potential to transition to regular hours based on results.
  • The probationary period is paid.
