The FOH Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant by leading localized initiatives, contributing to the unit marketing plan and all other aspects of profit and loss. and reports directly to the General Manager. They ensure the business is profitable through successful staffing, associate development, effective scheduling, managing the beverage and labor costs, meeting or exceeding sales budgets, safety and sanitation, and demonstrating the mission and values to drive results and excellent service.
