Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and excellent customer service to patients in a dental office setting. If you have experience in dental reception and possess strong organizational and communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely treatment
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in dental software systems such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, or Epic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation processes
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated
