Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at our Fairborn location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register. This position offers WEEKLY PAY, PAID HOLIDAYS, PAID VACATION, 401K, and has great earning potential with a fun and friendly environment. Working hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm plus every other Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Assist customers with their garments and textiles
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area and lobby
- Knowledge of electronics, appliances, or wireless sales is a plus
