• Must be a team player with a good work attitude and critical thinking skills and learn quickly
• Some experience in sound and lighting a plus
• Clean driving record - this is a drug free environment - smoke-free, drug-free, alcohol-free
• Job requires timely setup of stages, lighting, sound and video equipment for all kinds of events (corporate, professional, small and large)
• Able to help load and unload trucks with production gear and setup equipment at festivals, outdoor music events, convention centers, ect.
• Professional attitude required during set up and tear down working alongside clients and crew
• Familiar with the use of dolly's, ramps, lifts and other lifting equipment
• Able to lift 50 pounds as needed
• Available to work weekends with some weekday work and some overnight events (usually on weekends) in a regional city
• Part-time work with some "on call" situations
• Assist in warehouse organization, set up and cleaning when needed
• Ability to drive moving vans and towing a plus
• Opportunity to move up to a lead position and grow in the company with experience
