We are seeking a project coordinatior, interior designer, intern architect, to join our Seattle office. We are a small, fun, creative studio. Graphic skills encouraged. Good communication skills essential. Opportunity for growth!
Responsibilities
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Preparation and modification of permit and construction drawings
- Permit submittal and coordinator
- Working with the design team to develop all necessary construction documentation and schedules for custom millwork, architectural finishes and details
- Support construction teams, consultants and/or contractors with clarifications and revisions during the bid and construction period
- Source FF&E within approved budgets of varying size and type
- Field verify jobsite
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar required knowledge

- AutoCAD- required
- 3D modeling and rendering in SketchUp, Vray, and Layout- required
- Photoshop, Illustrator software -required
- Graphic skills
- Ability to research local and national building codes
- Experience in restaurant design preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, and as a team player
- Knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production
- A strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and a desire to constantly learn
- Location: Seattle, WA
- Vacation - Two weeks initially, after 3 month trial period, increases after the first year.
