• Supporting Individuals with Developmental Differences (Autism, Prader Willi, Downs etc)
• Supporting Individuals in a compassionate manner managing behavioral issues or concerns
• Working with the ID/D individual to help build Life skills and functional skills
• Be a Supportive companion on community outings relieving family members / caregivers of the care of the individual during assigned shifts
• Provide transportation to individual within a 5 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement is available for anything over the 5 mile radius
• Follow the person-centered behaviorally enhanced support Care plan specific to each client
• Take data, Log progress, or the lack thereof and report on a daily basis
• Attend trainings required to best support clients
• Provide personal care assistance including but not limited to personal hygiene,
• Dressing, feeding, light cooking, cleaning etc.
• Treating the individual with utmost respect and dignity since they are their employers.

Qualifications
- Caregiving experience
- Assisted living or nursing home experience
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's
- Proficiency in providing direct support and senior care
- Familiarity with hospice care and ADLs
- Knowledge of creating and implementing care plans

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
