Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to Agent and Sales/Service Team as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings plus follow up return calls
- Perform basic data entry tasks, gather information and payment processing.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially MS Word and Outlook
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related field
Criminal Background Check Required.
