**Maintenance Technician**

**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operation

- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems

- Repair and replace faulty equipment parts as necessary, maintaining high-quality standards

- Utilize knowledge of logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot technical issues

- Execute residential painting tasks to upkeep the appearance of our facilities

- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams and external vendors

- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance projects

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in maintenance, and facilities maintenance

- Familiarity with logic controllers and ability to interpret schematics

- Proficiency in residential painting techniques

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles
