What We’re Looking ForThe Direct Sales Associate Sales Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Venatus North America Direct Ad Sales team efforts to monetize cross platform gaming opportunities. As a Venatus Direct Sales Associate Sales Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the North America Direct sales team to achieve its goals. You will be a true team player providing cross-functional support for all sales activities, management and optimization of advertisement campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Sales Marketing, you will support the direct sales process to deliver RFP materials for the sales team. We are looking for individuals who love solving interesting problems, are highly adaptable, and care deeply about customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales planning: Support sales team in RFP fulfillment and inventory management (including forecasting ad inventory against goals)
  • Collaborate with North American sales support team on RFP/RFI support, research and positioning for all direct sales initiatives and deck collateral related to RFPs
  • Post-sales execution: Lead key client success processes including smooth contract execution, campaign reporting, and wrap reports
  • Cross-functional liaison: Coordinate with internal teams including finance, creative, ad ops and other teams to ensure all external and internal needs are adequately met
  • Pipeline Management: Work closely AdOps to ensure sales pipeline and inventory availability are accurately reflected in proposals and IOs
  • Ad campaign trafficking and optimization: Proactively manage ad campaigns in partnership with AdOps, including proper set-up, scheduling, daily pacing and complete delivery based on Insertion Order parameters
  • Brainstorm with the Sales team ahead of RFP’s, Proactive Proposals, Client Meetings.
  • Partner with the sales teams via joining sales calls and presentations as needed
  • Command an expert understanding of advertising competitors and their product lines, and knowledge of how to sell against them.
Preferred Experience:
  • BA/BS degree and 2-3 years of digital media advertising sales operations or campaign management experience required
  • Must have high attention to detail, well organized, possess an ability to multitask and work well under pressure, be a critical and strategic thinker, and be self-motivated
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point, and word
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment
  • High energy and teamwork mentality a must
