In this role, the Project Manager will work as part of the IT PMO and will oversee all aspects of an ERP financial system consolidation. This role demands strong leadership of both internal teams and, potentially, external resources, as well as close collaboration with the M&A team, steering committee and business stream and functional leaders. Required Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in project management related to ERP/business systems conversion or similar projects, with a strong preference for experience in Oracle ERP Financials and Supply Chain.
• Functional Project Management experience
• Three to five years of experience leading midsize to large teams and effectively influencing management and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a decentralized, matrix environment, particularly in cross-functional teams across multiple lines of business.
• Proficiency in master data management and data conversion methodologies.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of deploying resources effectively and handling multiple projects in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong business acumen, including expertise in managing project costs, developing business cases, and delivering cost-effective solutions.
• Infrastructure knowledge at a high level
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• Project and/or program management certification and/or lean process improvement certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite)
