Sales Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Implement and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.

New Business Development: 

• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and participate in face-to-face meetings to promote products and services.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil field market across West Texas and New Mexico.

• Collaborate within the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and secure new accounts.

 Market Analysis:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

• Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales within the oil and gas sector or related field.
• Strong technical background coupled with sales acumen and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
