Service Receptionist

We are looking for a Service Receptionist Representative wanting to excel with our company! If you are driven, excited, and ready to learn than this is a position that will fit you. Prior automobile dealership receptionist or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Fields inbound phone calls for the purpose of making service appointments
• Ensures the customer experience meets or exceed the manufacturer’s goals or standards
• Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company’s customer database system; enter notes on a timely basis
• Effectively manages special tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to contribute to overall team success of the team, department and organization.
• Communicates effectively with service customers within established time frames.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
