Description
Dorhout Retirement Services is looking for an Account & Onboarding Specialist to join our team! This role will require you to manage application submission and account transfer follow-up for new and existing clients, incoming client calls, outbound follow-ups, database management, administrative responsibilities, and financial planning duties, along with meeting preparation and note-taking.
You will be a Swiss Army Knife, helping to organize and move business for the team!
Responsibilities
•Complete and process new business applications
•Update & review database/CRM to reflect account status regarding new business and/or service
•Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system
•Follow up on pending business and contact individual clients with updates
•Assist Advisor with pre-appointment requirements and assist with financial planning duties
•Prepare, manage, and track the new business pipeline
•Assist Advisor with client support and mailings, educational workshops, and client events as needed
•Act as phone back-up to other members of the team
•Maintain current Advisor's licenses and appointments with agencies and companies
Qualifications
•We prefer if you have a bachelor's degree or high school diploma
•Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
•Prior experience working in the financial industry
•Life Insurance & Securities License(s) preferred
•CRM experience preferred
