Role Summary:
At O'Connor Family McDonald's, our main objective is to “Serve Feel Good Moments for Everyone, Every time, Everywhere.” As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading profitable restaurants and ensuring they meet our standards of excellence in Safety, Quality, Friendliness, and Fast.
Your role will involve working collaboratively with General Managers and restaurant teams to set goals and create a plan to achieve them. You will need to empower your teams to produce results and cultivate a culture of “We Care.” This means you will hire and develop your own management teams to ensure you have the right team to lead into the future. Moreover, you will assist the management teams in setting their goals, tracking their progress, and providing coaching, direction, and mentoring your teams to enhance their results.
As an Area Supervisor, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle any issues that may arise. You should not only look for ways to make today better, but is also looking ahead to improve tomorrow and the days after.
