Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Caregiver to provide excellent care for up to 5 clients. Job duties include helping them to bathe, go to the bathroom, prepare and eat meals, get dressed, housekeeping, and provide general companionship. For some clients, you will also transport them to appointments and administer medications. Our primary goal is to improve the daily lives of our clients.

Caregiver Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with a variety of clients, such as the physically disabled, cognitively impaired, chronically ill, and elderly
  • Cook, dress, bathe, and assist clients in using the restroom
  • Picking up heavy objects and performing housekeeping tasks
  • Administer medication
  • Transport clients to appointments or outings

Caregiver Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience as a caregiver a plus
  • Attend training and pass a standardized exam
  • Knowledgable in basic emergency and safety techniques
  • Be in good physical condition
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
