Job Overview: As a Staff Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining their cutting-edge platform. Design, development, and deployment of Back-end applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions. Demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development. Contribute to the architectural decisions and the long-term technical roadmap of the company. Technical Skills Strong Development background in Python. Experience in Python Frameworks. (Django / Flask) Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Experience in Cloud Platforms. (AWS / Azure) Experience with Containerization. (Docker & Kubernetes) Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
