OVERVIEW:
*MUST LIVE IN TERRITORY - North Central United States*
Focusing on KASK Safety's products (helmets and accessories), the Territory Sales Specialist – Safety will travel and work to grow the sales and earnings of the territory. This position will work remotely and location is flexible, however we require candidates to live near a major airport in the assigned territory.
The Territory Sales Specialist - Safety ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and execution of sales strategies. Continued success in ensuring short and long-term sales and earnings will require identifying opportunities and executing action plans.
JOB DUTIES:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
• Investigate customers needs and wants
• Execute annual account plans
• Establish excellent relationships with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs
and assist in substantially growing the business
• Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams
• Research and source potential customers
• Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines
• Track, measure, and evaluate sales metrics and trends
• Track, measure, and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
• Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous working experience as Account Manager, Sales Specialist, or Safety/PPE sector for 3 years. Or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• Problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
• Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Safety, or similar relevant field
• Knowledge of sales analysis and metrics
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in executing marketing and sales strategies
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
