Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual for a property management office with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and events efficiently to keep our office running smoothly.
Phone Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Excel: Utilize Excel to organize data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Quoting Jobs: Assist in preparing quotes for projects and services.
Billing: Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Data Entry: Input and update information in our systems accurately and efficiently.
Duties as Assigned: Tackle various tasks as needed to support the office team.
Gmail and Google Docs: Manage emails, draft documents, and collaborate on projects using Google Docs.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Suite for document creation and collaboration
Experience in front desk operations and customer service
Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars efficiently
