Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings such as clubhouse, pool and out buildings. Your role is crucial in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for members and guests.

Duties:

- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors

- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels

- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor

- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes

- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency

- Good communication skills to interact with members and guests

Skills:

- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and orderly environment by following established cleaning procedures.

- Custodial: Perform custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins.

- Hospitality: Provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for members and guests.

- Housekeeping Management: Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to established cleaning standards.

- Hotel: Familiarity with clubhouse housekeeping practices is a plus.

- Floor Care: Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing.

- Industrial Cleaning: Experience in industrial cleaning methods is beneficial.
