Qualifications

• 1 Year Experience in Property Management field a plus.
• Spanish or Mandarin-Chinese Fluency a plus.
• Ability to work with Emails, Word and Excel. Comfortable with online based software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, proven multitasker.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Must have a personal mode of transportation.
• Possesses high level of integrity and personal responsibility.
• Willing to grow in the position along with rapid growth of company.

Work Description/Requirements

• Reports to Property Management Team Lead.
• Coordinate repairs upon Tenant request
• Under guidance, draft Listing Agreement, Amendments for client and Broker review.
• Conduct periodic property inspection during Tenant lease
• Screen Leasing Applicants using online software and follow up for work and previous rental info. Present screening results to Landlord for approval.
• Under guidance, draft Leasing Agreement for Tenant review and Property Management Agreement for Landlord review.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out activities including property condition evaluation, rekey, professional cleaning and other make-ready activities.
• Under guidance, enter Property For Lease info into MLS.
• Maintain qualified vendor list
• Put out and retrieve signs, lockboxes and coordinate Property photos.

Hours

• M-F 9 am to 5 pm

Compensation

• $33k-35k depending on experience.
• 10 Days of Paid Time Off, no rollover.
• All Federal holidays off.
• 90-day trial period
