Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager at Dont Yell At Me, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Bellevue location. This includes:
· Operational Excellence: Oversee and execute standard operating procedures to the highest standards, guaranteeing exceptional service for every customer interaction.
· Team Leadership: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, serving as a mentor and leader for our dedicated team. Lead by example to motivate and inspire team members to perform at their best.
· Shift Management: Develop and maintain efficient shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet customer demands while optimizing team productivity.
· Customer Satisfaction: Provide unparalleled customer service experience, both in-person and for online delivery orders. Handle any incidents with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
· Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, proactively tracking usage and communicating with suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
· Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and effective communication channels with business owners, providing regular insights on overall business performance and team dynamics.
· Business Development and Marketing: Oversee and manage the business development and marketing team. Develop marketing strategies and ensure accurate implementation by the marketing team. Manage business collaborations with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the cafe/restaurant industry, with a proven track record of success.
· Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese for effective communication with US and Taiwan Headquarter.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word, to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
· Understanding of general accounting and financial terminologies, with the ability to read and interpret accounting and financial reports such as P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
· Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to build a positive culture and motivate team members to exceed expectations.
· Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle unexpected situations with professionalism.
· A deep passion for bubble tea and a commitment to serving only the highest quality beverages.
· Flexibility to work a variable schedule and provide support during staff shortages.
· Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
