St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church is Hiring a Maintenance Person Near Troy, MI
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the facility and ensuring that equipment runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:

- Overall upkeep of grounds and building. That may include changing lightbulbs, pulling weeds, minor repairs, or vacuuming floors.
- Storage Room Management – will include twice annual clean out & organization.
- For special services throughout the year, the role will include moving supplies from the storeroom to sanctuary.
- For special holidays, including Christmas, the role will require setting up decorations, and stowing following holiday.
- Light Landscaping Maintenance
- Event Set Up – on occasion, set up rooms for specific events.
- Annual Festival – Friday (4-11pm) Saturday (4-11pm) & Sunday (Noon-8pm) assist with cleaning restrooms and trash management.
- Will report directly to Parish Council president, but directions may also be issued from Parish Priest, Office Manager, and Nick Kaltsounis
- $20/hour
- Hours are flexible, but will be 8-3pm, M-F, unless otherwise specified or for the festival weekend.
