Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facility, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a vital role in our organization, as the cleanliness of our establishment directly impacts guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring an adequate supply at all times
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of cleaning products, equipment, and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in hospitality or custodial settings
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, including floor care and specialized cleaning methods
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
