Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures

- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to senior management

- Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth

- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities for the organization

- Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate processing of employee compensation

- Conduct regular business analysis to assess financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost management strategies

- Perform risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation plans

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within finance or accounting

- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial concepts and principles

- Experience in management and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance

- Proficient in market analysis techniques to identify trends and opportunities

- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

- Ability to perform risk analysis and develop effective mitigation strategies
