**Overview:**

Community Skilled Health Care Centre, a non-profit nursing home dedicated to resident-centered care, is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team. **Responsibilities:**

- Oversee nursing staff and operations to ensure high-quality care delivery

- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals

- Manage acute care services and coordinate assisted living programs

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of physiology and anatomy in nursing practices

- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulations

- Lead shift management and optimize staffing levels for efficient operations

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing/Nursing Leadership Role

- Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare practices

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

-Proficiency in Policy and Procedures

-Proficiency in Development and Education

- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing medical records and documentation

- Knowledge of shift management best practices

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- Valid RN licensure in good standing

- Proven experience in acute care settings

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
