Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum program
- Prepare engaging and interactive instructional materials, activities, and assessments
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and social studies
- Utilize effective instructional strategies and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide academic advising and guidance to students regarding their educational goals and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Proven experience in education administration, instructional design, or behavior management
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use technology in the classroom
- Knowledge of research-based teaching strategies and assessment methods
- Familiarity with library services and resources
