YOUR NEW ROLE AS A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND SALES MANAGER

The Customer Relationship and Sales Manager will work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday , at our Islandia, NY office. This full-time schedule provides a balanced work-life dynamic, ensuring evenings and weekends are free.

Each day, you will engage with potential clients, focusing on customer relationship management by making over 50 outbound calls to generate leads and secure new business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. By the end of the day, you will have significantly contributed to the company's growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and achieving a sense of accomplishment.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales
• At least 1 year with outbound calls
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs

Three or more years of experience with inside sales and high-volume outbound calls is preferred. Familiarity with Google Suite, insurance experience, and CRM system experience is ideal too.
