Site Superintendent- Commercial/ Site Concrete

- The Site Superintendent is responsible for leading projects from the field from start to finish. This position works closely with the Project Manager and C-3 Environmental project team to ensure and maintain the safety and schedule of each project. Duties include:

o Perform daily reports and monitor day to day work activities for production and schedule tracking

o Work closely with project management to create RFIs, Change Orders, scheduling, and any other correspondence to maintain the schedule and quality of our scope of work

o Will need extensive knowledge of plans, layout, grades

o Must communicate well with onsite superintendent and crews as well as vendors and suppliers

o Strong written and verbal skills to maintain communication with crews and other trades onsite

o Accurately track and report counts of materials, labor, and equipment needed and used onsite

o Review and understand plans and specifications

o A professional and courteous outlook with good customer service

o Computer Skills to include: Microsoft Office, Excel, word, MS Project, Sage Contractor 100 , Planswift and other scheduling software

o OSHA 10 and 30 Certifications

o Pay is based on Experience
