Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney at Dyer Immigration Law Group, P.C. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration issues, including visas, legal issues, and immigration law. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, preparing and filing immigration petitions, representing clients in immigration court, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling immigration issues, visas, and immigration law
• Knowledge of legal issues related to immigration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
• Experience working with diverse clients and cultures
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the state of Virginia or ability to become admitted
