Senior Mechanical Engineer / Energy / San Jose, CA
This position is for an Energy company located in San Jose, CA and is an on-site position. The successful person will have experience working on industrial equipment such as; pumps, vessels, valves, pipes.
Experience Required:
- 5 years Mechanical Equipment Engineering experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Industry experience: Industrial, Chemical, Power Plant, Oil & Gas.
- Mechanical Equipment; Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler.
- High-temperature environments, actively cooled.
- Experience with thermal simulations, especially heat-flow simulations.
- Industrial Mechanical Design Codes.
- Taking designs from early stages to product.
- DFM- Design for Manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical discipline
