IT Giants is Hiring a Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large and complex projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders from various functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a basic working knowledge of PeopleSoft, OCI, and Azure, and expertise in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders from various functional teams

- Develop and maintain project plans, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items

- Ensure attention to detail and maintain project management basics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and customers

- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget

- Identify and mitigate project risks

- Ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements

Requirements:

- Basic working knowledge of PeopleSoft, OCI, and Azure

- Proven experience in managing large and complex projects

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies

- Ability to maintain a project plan, take meeting minutes, follow-up, and attention to details

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work onsite at customer's office in NYC, Tue-Thu each week

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP certification or equivalent

- Experience working with project management tools and software

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
