Langhorst Family Dentistry, PLLC is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Holland, MI

Dr. Sarah Langhorst has a privately-owned, growing dental practice in Holland, MI where we focus on quality, patient-centered care, and a work culture that fosters growth and job fulfillment. We value and encourage team member contributions towards the betterment of our service and ways to improve our practice. We are seeking a Experienced Dental Assistant to join our amazing and growing team!

Salary: $22 -25 per hour depending on experience

This is a full-time position where we offer patient care 4 days a week:

  • Mondays 8 am-6 pm
  • Tuesdays 8 am-5 pm
  • Wednesdays 7 am-3 pm
  • Thursdays 8 am-5 pm.

We seek an eager, service-minded and Dental Assistant who excels in:

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Understanding doctor treatment planning to better educate patients
  • Understanding the mouth-body connection to overall wellness
  • Documenting existing conditions and phasing new treatment accurately
  • Certification from an accredited dental assistant program (required)
  • At least 1 year of proven chairside experience (required)
  • Teamwork, multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done
  • Making preliminary impressions, casts, molds, & pouring up models, etc.
