We are looking for a full-time Personal Lines Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Personal Lines Sales Sales Specialist is responsible forselling new business clients, soliciting opportunities from existing clients as well as building and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
To be considered for this position you need to meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a current Missouri Property and Casualty license or willing to obtain license within first 21 days.
• Strong time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
• A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to present and sell insurance.
• Team Player, detail oriented and looking to grow personally and professionally.
• Computer Skills to utilize our systems including Microsoft products.

A Day in the Life of a Personal Lines Sales Producer:

• Receive phone calls requesting new or additional coverage for their home, auto, boat, motorcycle, renters, recreational vehicles, personal umbrella
• Determine acceptability and placement, produce quotes, explain coverages features and benefits, complete applications and collect premium when applicable.
• Utilize carrier websites and online rating systems.
• Maintain client files in our online customer management system accurately and consistently. Properly document files and communicate in accordance with company workflows, procedures, and Best Practices. Maintain a high degree of accuracy and integrity in client management and document management systems.
• Maintain timely automated follow-up on outstanding activities and correspondence.
• Knowledge of underwriting and rating procedures for all types of personal lines policies including performing underwriting functions whenever necessary.
