Prime Auto Glass provides services such as windshield replacements, window tint, rock chip, and paint protection film. We are seeking an individual to join our amazing team and be the front at our Provo location. We are seeking a self motivated, reliable, fast learner that can handle multitasking. Must be bilingual Spanish/English, acquire past sales, receptionist experience of at least three years, have knowledge of makes and models of vehicles, great customer service and computer skills.

Position Overview:

Prime Auto Glass is seeking a Customer Sale Representative/ Front Desk to be the first point of contact for our Provo location

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including

answering phone calls, texts, emails, and messages through various platforms, managing social

media, scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, and providing exceptional

customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communications:

Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, emails, Facebook Messenger, Yelp, and

Google inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and appointments

• Service Quoting:

- Provide accurate quotes for services such as

- Auto Glass Replacements

- Rock chip repair

- Window Tint

• Scheduling and Invoicing:

- Schedule appointments for all services.

- Create and maintain invoices and insurance claims accurately.

- Process payments in person and through various platforms, including Venmo,

Square, and After pay.

• Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain a clean and organized office area.

- Order, return, and price-match auto glass parts.

- Manage inventory and order shop supplies like moldings, tools, and other

necessities.

• Client Services:

- Assist customers in setting up insurance claims and walk them through the

process.

- Notify clients when their service is complete and provide pick -up times and

aftercare instructions.

- Explain warranties and any available discounts or additional services.

- Request and encourage customers to leave reviews and feedback.

• Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Must be Bilingual Spanish and English Speakers.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using various communication channels and social media platforms.

- Familiar with invoicing and payment processing systems.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Prior experience in a similar customer/Sale service role is a plus.

- Knowledge of auto glass products and services is an advantage.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry specific tools and software.

• Working Conditions:

The Representative should be comfortable working with computers and communication

devices. The role may require some flexibility in working hours to accommodate

customer needs.
