Scrum Master for Web Projects

6-12 Month Contract

Primarily Remote (Potential onsite once a month or less in Kohler, WI)

Hourly Rates C2C or W2 with health benefits if needed

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to oversee web projects related to a divestiture. This role requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to start within the next few weeks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading agile teams and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Guide the team on Scrum practices and principles
• Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project scope and expectations
• Address and resolve any impediments faced by the team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in web development projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively
• CSM or PSM Certification preferred
• Availability for occasional onsite meetings in Kohler, WI
