Qualifications:

• Shall have a minimum of four years experience managing fiscal intermediary or healthcare claims processing operations and personnel with a government or private sector healthcare payer, including a minimum of two years MMIS experience.
• Supervisory/administrative experience in the execution and/or evaluation of program policies.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.
• Heavy emphasis on
  1. Claims adjudication and troubleshooting
  2. Identifying and implementing operational efficiency
  3. Leadership
  4. Customer Service

Education :

• A Bachelor's degree in related field
  1. Additional relevant management experience may substitute for the degree on a two for one basis, e.g., 8 years claims management experience = Bachelor s degree

• Principal Officer over the Contractor s claim processing operations
