SUMMARY

To assist in the daily and ongoing activities of the Marketing Department. This position comes with the ability to work remotely up to two days a week, after orientation period has passed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily ongoing tasks:

• Assist in maintaining the company design standard for all internal/external documents by formatting content and graphics for instruction sheets, manuals, product information sheets, catalogs, company yearbook, and magazine advertisements. Use graphic design software and tools using Adobe Creative Suite for PC.
• Edit and enhances company photographs using tools like cropping, retouching, background removal, and color corrections.
• Assist in creating and updating graphic/product details to produce company videos.
• Sales support: maintain uniform design in company PowerPoint presentations, distribution of sales material to outside sales staff.
• Maintain Marketing spreadsheets including tracking yearly advertisements.
• Social Media updates; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Assist and potentially attend trade show/event coordination.
• Accomplish Marketing and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Graphic Design experience is required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Proficient in the following programs:
