As the Regional Field Service Manager of the Company, you will be responsible for establishing, overseeing, and managing multiple aspects of our interactions for current and future Services & Equipment Offerings of the Company, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities.
1. Track daily production and present the data throughout the work week.
2. Co-ordinate site delays with customer, technicians, and management.
3. Coach and train site captains and leads to work as efficiently and safely as possible.
4. Record daily hours and generate summary reports for payroll.
5. Maintain contact with site captains and technicians to ensure a channel of communication exists.
6. Review payroll and submit final report in timely manner to ensure minimal delays in that process.
7. Work with management and site technicians to increase site performance and profitability.
8. Review data sheets, safety sheets, timesheets and ensure accuracy in those reports.
9. Capture delays more accurately and allocating the delay time appropriately.
10. Conduct audits of site quality and safety.
11. Construct action plans to remediate task items that affect site performance.
12. Conduct OJT.
13. Develop personal relationships with our field techs and work with them to reduce delays, ensure safety, ensure quality of work, and reduce personnel issues.
14. Respond to technicians needs daily and work to get them what they need.
15. Travel to project sites to ensure a good start to projects and assist in production when required.
16. Maintain a presence both on and off the project site.
17. Review & Provide Input on P&L estimates.
18. Generate internal reports for review.
