• High school diploma or equivalent training;
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheets, databases, complex documents and tables;
• Knowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures;
• Ability to communicate effectively;
• Required proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

REPORTS TO: Director of Post-Secondary Services

SALARY: Hourly, as per the BOE approved MCTS Salary/Wage Guide for Hourly and Per Diem Employees

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-time, as needed, as per the Adult Evening School calendar
