Duties:

-Work in a team setting with the lead teacher to implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Lead engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster positive relationships with children and staff members.
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to model empathy for students
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level.
