Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Director to lead and execute our marketing strategies across various divisions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience and be well-versed in the strategies of Allan Dibs, Russel Brunson, Dan Kennedy, Alex Hormozi and Don Miller to name a few. This role will start with hands-on work and has the potential to grow into a leadership position managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and products across all divisions.
• Create compelling copy for ads, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Design, build, and manage sales funnels to convert leads into customers.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to nurture and grow our customer base.
• Build triggers and automations
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
• Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Create Strong offers ($100M Offers)
• Execute direct response marketing campaigns to drive immediate action and engagement.
• Collaborate with third-party subcontractors when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies from authors such as Allan Dibs, Russel Brunson, Dan Kennedy, and Don Miller.
• Proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create persuasive content.
• Proficiency in running ads across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Experience with building and managing sales funnels and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
