Job Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador - Marketing Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers directly to create memorable experiences. Working as part of a dynamic team, you'll play a key role in promoting our brand, products, and values. - Serve as the face and voice of our brand at various events and promotional activities
- Engage with consumers to create a positive brand experience and promote brand awareness
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about our products or services
- Collect data and feedback from consumers to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experience
- Assist with event setup, including signage, displays, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events and activations
- Utilize social media platforms to generate buzz and increase brand visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall brand experience

Experience:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in event marketing or brand ambassador roles is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences
- Proficient in social media management and content creation
- Ability to collect and analyze data for insights and recommendations
- Comfortable conducting product demos and interacting with customers
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial
