LaVida Massage is currently seeking a part time sales associate with the motivation and drive to upsell enhancements, gift cards, packages, and memberships to our new and existing clients. Our goal is to ensure all clients receive a 5 star experience every time and that all starts and ends with our sales associates at the front desk.

Qualifications:

Sales experience (preferably at least 1 year in massage or health and wellness industry):

· Ability to sell memberships and packages (maintaining certain closing rates)

· Ability to upsell enhancements.

· Ability to sell gift cards during holiday season / gift card promos.

A passion to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Ability to deal with high volume appointment booking in a fast paced environment.

Excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.

Ability to work alone or with a teammate.

Must be reliable, goal oriented and internally motivated to meet personal and business sales targets.

Ability to address minor guest issues with limited to no supervision.

Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of LaVida Massage.

Responsibilities:

Membership, packages, gift card and enhancement sales.

Appointment scheduling (in-person, by phone, via email or via text).

Timely response to emails/texts/phone calls.

Checking clients in and checking them out.

Housekeeping.

We make sure that therapists pick up clients on time and end sessions timely.

Participating in teamwork to get tasks completed timely and comprehensively.

Other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Compensation:

$18-$20 hourly starting rate

Commission on memberships, packages, gift cards, retail, and massage enhancements

1 free massage every other month in addition to discounted massages.

Paid sick time off

401K - matching up to 3% annual income (after 6 months)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 31 per week
